If you’ve ever felt the weight of financial stress, you’re not alone. Money is one of the biggest sources of stress in America—over 75% of people report feeling worried or anxious about their finances. It is a significant and widespread problem, and I feel called to help people move from a position of pain, stress or confusion to a position of peace, strength and confidence.

The good news is, there is hope, and I’ve seen people make real progress with the right tools, encouragement, and a little bit of effort.

How can I reduce financial stress and get stronger financially? If you were to ask me, I would say, it depends on your specific, personal needs. Therefore, the first step you can consider is:

  • Contact me and schedule a free financial coaching consultation. This is an initial, brief chat to get to know each other and to see if I can help you.

I am a certified Financial Coach and have enjoyed helping people improve their financial health for many years. Here are a few comments from some of my clients:

  • "We are significantly less stressed about our finances right now… due to the motivation and accountability Kenny has provided.”

  • "It improved our communication about finances…Kenny’s coaching style is very encouraging and comforting. He truly communicates concern and interest in his clients’ particular situation and needs.”

  • "I have written down a budget for the first time in my life...I feel like Kenny was placed in my life at an important time for a reason.”

You can learn valuable skills, including how to:

We can meet for as few or as many sessions as needed. Typically, people meet me for 3 to 6 sessions over the course of a few months while some need less, and some need more.

I also have experience leading group sessions at small businesses and churches. Group sessions are typically about 1.5 hours per week and may range from 1 to 6 weeks.

Please reach out now and let me know how I can help you or someone you care about.

A financial coach is not a financial planner, financial advisor, investment advisor, accountant, certified public accountant, legal expert, insurance expert, or professional counselor. Your specific situation may need the services of an appropriate licensed legal, accounting, investment, or counseling service.
